NGP Energy Technology Partners has promoted Jason Hicks to principal. He had joined the firm in early 2006 as a vice president, after having spent nine years in M&A and leveraged finance with Citigroup.

Mr. Hicks joined NGP ETP in early 2006 as a Vice President. His responsibilities include sourcing, structuring and monitoring fund investments. Mr. Hicks is currently an Observer to the Board of TPI Composites, Inc. Prior to joining NGP ETP, he spent nine years at Citigroup where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and leveraged finance.
