Nimble, maker of social relationship management technology, has added Brandon Vallade as vice president of engineering. Vallade was previously vice president of technology at Fox Digital Media.
Nimble, the world’s leading social relationship manager, today announced that Brandon Vallade has joined the Nimble team as Vice President of Engineering. Formerly Vice President of Technology at Fox Digital Media, Vallade will lead the expansion of the Nimble platform and its development strategy.
Vallade brings highly scalable platform development experience to his role at Nimble, including 7 years at Fox leading the Digital Media team. He managed a group of 40-plus responsible for building and maintaining the web applications, web sites and mobile applications for the Fox Network Group digital properties, including FOXSports.com, FOX.com, AmericanIdol.com and others – all of which serve millions of simultaneous users.

We will leverage Brandon’s deep experience in running a global engineering organization to accelerate the delivery of our pioneering, social customer relationship management tool.”

Vallade’s mission at Nimble will be to develop and implement the strategy that will position the engineering team to achieve Nimble’s business goal to provide a world class social customer relationship platform to millions of worldwide customers. Vallade joined the company in mid-September and reports directly to Nimble’s CEO, Jon Ferrara.

In addition to hiring exceptional new talent to lead the company, Nimble has also recently relocated to new office space in the Silicon Beach area of Santa Monica, the roughly three-mile stretch of sand from Venice to Santa Monica which is home to more than 500 technology start-ups.
