NoblePeak Sees $12 Million

NoblePeak Vision Corp., a Wakefield, Mass.-based developer of night-vision technology, has raised $12 million in Series B funding. Chart Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Matrix Partners and Northbridge Venture Partners.

NoblePeak Vision Corp. ( www.noblepeak.com ), whose technology is transforming the night vision market, today announced that it has raised $12.0 million in Series B equity financing. The Series B round was led by Chart Venture Partners, a new NoblePeak investor. NoblePeak's original investors, Matrix Partners and Northbridge Venture Partners, also fully participated in the round.
