Nordic considers sale of ERT: Bloomberg

Nordic Capital is weighing selling ERT Operating Co nearly three years after buying the company, Bloomberg reported. Nordic has held talks with potential advisers about a sale, the story said. ERT, which provides patient data collection solutions for use in the development of clinical pharmaceutical products, could fetch about $2.5 billion in a sale, Bloomberg said.
