North Bridge has promoted Roshen Menon to general partner. Menon joined North Bridge in 2007 as a principal. Menon has played a key role in sourcing the firm’s healthcare technology investments.
North Bridge, a leading growth equity and venture capital firm, today announced that Roshen Menon has been promoted to General Partner. Menon joined North Bridge in 2007 as a Principal.

Since joining North Bridge, Menon has played a key role in the sourcing of the firm’s healthcare technology investments as well as delivering significant value to its portfolio companies including Clarity Software Solutions, Dyn, Ingenious Med, Seniorlink, Valence Health and SmartPak, a successful 2014 exit for North Bridge Growth Equity.
Prior to joining North Bridge, Menon was with Summit Partners, a $15 billion private equity firm where he was involved in growth equity investments and management-led buyouts. Previously, he was a corporate strategy consultant at Deloitte Consulting advising domestic and international healthcare and technology corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, growth strategy, operations and new product development. He started his career as an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group at FleetBoston Financial.
