


Greenwich, Connecticut-based North Castle Partners, a private equity firm focused on consumer businesses, has promoted Jon Canarick and Alison Minter to managing partners. Together with founder and Managing Partner Chip Baird, Canarick and Minter now comprise North Castle’s management committee.
Prior to joining North Castle, Canarick worked at Bear, Stearns & Co. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
And before she came to North Castle, Minter worked at Evolution Global Partners. She has an undergraduate degree in economics from Princeton University.
Both Canarick and Minter joined North Castle in 2001.
North Castle’s current portfolio includes brands such as Barry’s Bootcamp, Echelon Fit, SmartyPants, HydroMassage, Encore Vet Group, VitaCup, Inc., Maya Kaimal Foods and Windham Mountain Resort.
