Nordic private equity firm Norvestor Equity AS has acquired Aptilo Networks, a developer of technology to control billing, user services and access in wireless networks. Financial terms of the deal were not released. Aptilo also announced that it would buy Service Factory, a division of publicly traded Birdstep Technology.
