According to a news release, Nuplex has agreed to sell its agency & distribution business Nuplex Specialties and its plastic additives business Nuplex Masterbatch to Axieo Pty Limited, a company created by CHAMP Private Equity. The value of the acquisition is A$127.5 million. Greenhill Australia and Allens Linklaters advised Nuplex in the transaction.
