NXT Capital Backs Goldco Deal

NXT Capital provided $27 million in debt financing to support PNC Riverarch Capital’s acquisition of Goldco, the firm announced. Goldco is a Burger King franchisee. PNC Riverarch Capital is a middle-market private equity shop.

NXT Capital today announced that it has provided a $27 million senior secured credit facility to fund PNC Riverarch Capital’s acquisition of Goldco, LLC.

NXT Capital was the Sole Lead Arranger, Sole Bookrunner and Administrative Agent for this transaction.
