NXT Capital expands direct originations team

NXT Capital said Monday that it expanded its new direct originations team by hiring David Gozdecki, James Clifton and Jeffrey Kurtzweil. The direct originations team sources senior secured, stretch, unitranche and 2nd lien cash flow solutions for non-sponsored middle market companies. Gozdecki was most recently an MD in the GE Capital’s Corporate Finance Group, while Clifton was previously a VP at GE Capital.
