Oak Spring Holdings and Wentworth have acquired Albany, New York-based Purshe Kaplan Sterling Inc, a financial services firm. No financial terms were disclosed; however, Monroe Capital provided $43.5 million in financing to support the acquisition.
Chicago, IL, December 5, 2017 – Monroe Capital LLC today announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a $43.5 senior credit facility to support the acquisition of Purshe Kaplan Sterling, Inc. (“PKS”) by Oak Spring Holdings and Wentworth.
