vHive, a provider of software solutions that enables enterprises to deploy autonomous drone hives to digitize their field assets and operations, has secured $5.5 million in funding. Octopus Ventures led the round with participation from other investors that included StageOne Ventures. In addition to the funding, Zoe Chambers of Octopus Ventures has joined the vHive’s board of directors.
