Overture Raises Third Round

Overture Networks Inc., a Morrisville, N.C.-based maker of high-speed networking equipment, has raised $12.3 million in third-round funding. Lehman Brothers Venture Partners led the deal, and was joined by return backers like Intersouth Partners.
