PAI Plans To Sell Kwik-Fit

French private-equity company PAI partners plans to sell UK car service chain Kwik-Fit and the chain’s German division Pit-Stop.

PAI’s head of Germany declined to comment on the plans of the private equity company, but said that no official sales process was ongoing, German magazine Automobilwoche reported.

A spokesman for German car parts maker Continental said Continental would consider bidding for German car-sercice chain Pit-Stop if it was to receive an offer.
