Palladium appoints Mitchell as chief administrative officer

Palladium Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, has named Nancy A. Mitchell as chief administrative officer. Previously, Mitchell worked O’Melveny & Myers LLP where she was a partner.

Prior to joining O’Melveny as a partner in 2018, Mitchell co-chaired the restructuring practice of Greenberg Traurig LLP. Previously, she served as an executive director for CIBC World Markets Corp. where she was a member of the restructuring/leveraged finance team.

Mitchell has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a law degree from the University of Michigan. She is a member of the New York and Illinois Bar Associations.
