New York-based private equity firm Palladium Equity Partners has promoted three members of its investment team. Luis Zaldivar is now managing director. Zaldivar joined Palladium in 2004 and focuses on consumer, food and restaurant investments. Erik Scott has also been promoted to managing director. He joined the firm in 2005 and focuses on business and industrial services investments.
