Parts Now Sold to CounterPoint Capital Partners

Parts Now! has been sold to CounterPoint Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based investment firm. Parts Now was a portfolio company of Bank of America’s Global Principal Investments Group and Svoboda Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Founded in 1989 and based in Middleton, Wisconsin, Parts Now is a supplier of consumable printer parts and related accessories.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
