Pavilion Advisory Group expands team with new hire

Pavilion Advisory Group, an investment consulting and advisory firm, has added Darren Headley to its team. Previously, he was U.S. head of transitions at Willis Towers Watson‘s OCIO investment team.

CHICAGO, December 21, 2017 – Pavilion Advisory Group, a full-service investment consulting and advisory firm, today announced that Darren Headley has joined the firm’s DC Practice team.

Mr. Headley will be advising retirement plan clients on plan design, fee philosophy, governance, investment policy, investment structure, and investment manager selection/monitoring.

He comes to Pavilion with close to 20 years of industry experience. He was most recently the U.S. Head of Transitions for Willis Towers Watson’s OCIO investment team and also advised defined contribution and defined benefit clients from an advisory and OCIO perspective on all aspects of their retirement plans. He began his career at The Northern Trust Company and spent time at Putnam Investments. Mr. Headley earned a Master of Science in Finance degree from Boston College, a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance from Western Illinois University and is also a CFA® charterholder. He is based in Chicago, IL.
