PE-backed AG&M merges with Pental Surfaces

Architectural Granite & Marble, a portfolio company of Trive Capital, has merged with Pental Surfaces. The newly combined company will serve as a supplier of interior surfaces. No financial terms were disclosed.

Trive Capital (“Trive”), the Dallas-based private equity firm, is proud to announce that Trive portfolio company Architectural Granite & Marble (“AG&M”) has partnered with Pental Surfaces (“Pental”) to create a leading value-added distributor of interior surfaces. The combination of the two companies expands the product and service offerings and yields an enhanced geographic footprint in key growth markets across the United States.
