Allegro Development Corp, which is backed by Vector Capital, has acquired Financial Engineering Associates, a provider of risk analytics software for traders, risk managers and quantitative analysts in commodity industries. No financial terms were disclosed. Paul Hastings LLP was legal adviser to Allegro Development Corp on the deal.
