Penfund provides debt funding to PE-backed Arrowhead
Canadian junior capital provider Penfund has provided US$85 million in second lien debt financing to Arrowhead Engineered Products, a Blaine, Minnesota-based supplier and distributor of aftermarket replacement parts for outdoor power equipment, powersports, agricultural, industrial and automotive sectors.
