Clio Holdings LLC has acquired Kansas City, Kansas-based Top Master, a fabricator of countertops. No financial terms were disclosed. Clio is backed by O2 Investment Partners and Tecum Capital.
KANSAS CITY, KS – Clio Holdings, LLC (“Clio”), a consolidator of leading regional countertop supply and fabrication businesses, has announced the acquisition of Top Master (www.topmasterinc.com). Based out of Kansas City, KS, Top Master is the largest fabricator of countertops in the Midwest with six locations, primarily serving the Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska markets. Following the acquisition, Clio has an eight state footprint serving a full spectrum within the countertop industry, from new home builders and commercial contractors to kitchen/bath dealers and home improvement centers.
Founded in 1984 in suburban Kansas City, Top Master designs, fabricates and installs a comprehensive line of custom countertop products, including natural stone and solid surface, that are sold in both residential and commercial applications. Top Master is recognized in its footprint for its extensive product offering and unwavering commitment to customer service. The company is also an active member of industry trade groups, Artisan Group, Rockheads and Marble Institute of America, and will serve as a platform for future growth in the region.
