The Columbus Organization, which is backed by HealthEdge Investment Partners LLC, has acquired New Jersey-based Progressive Comprehensive Services, a provider of support coordination services to adults with intellectual and development disabilities. No financial terms were disclosed.
Tampa, Florida – December 4, 2018 – The Columbus Organization (“Columbus” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of HealthEdge Investment Partners, LLC (“HealthEdge”), has acquired the support coordination assets of Progressive Comprehensive Services (“Progressive” or “PCS”).
Columbus is a nationally recognized provider of support coordination and other services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). Founded by Neeta Das in 1998 and based in New Jersey, Progressive has been a leader in support coordination focused on planning, resource navigation, education, support, and facilitated communication for its consumers in Cedar Knolls and Washington Township. This acquisition expands the Company’s services to six states and more than 10,000 individuals, families, and guardians.
