PE-backed Cook & Boardman acquires Bass Security

Cook & Boardman, a portfolio company of Littlejohn & Co., LLC, has acquired Bedford Heights, Ohio-based Bass Security, a provider of custom CCTV and burglar/fire alarm security integration solutions, locksmith and hardware break/fix services.
