PE-backed Genesys to buy Pointillist and Exceed.ai
Genesys, which is backed by Hellman & Friedman, Permira and TCV, has agreed to acquire Pointillist, an AI-driven customer journey orchestration and analytics solutions provider, and Exceed.ai, a cloud-based conversational AI platform for sales and marketing.
