PE-backed Hasa buys IVPS

Hasa Inc, a portfolio company of Peak Rock Capital, has acquired Pomona, California-based Inter Valley Pool Supply Inc, a provider of water treatment chemicals. No financial terms were disclosed.


AUSTIN, Texas, March 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Hasa, Inc. (“Hasa” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Peak Rock Capital, a leading middle market private equity firm, announced today that it has acquired Inter Valley Pool Supply, Inc. (“IVPS”), a leading packager and distributor of water treatment chemicals.

Headquartered in Pomona, California, IVPS packages and distributes high-quality water treatment products and has operated as a licensed distributor of Hasa-manufactured liquids for more than 20 years. IVPS serves a wide array of municipal, industrial and pool & spa customers in the Southern California region.
