PE-backed Jamf files to go public: Bloomberg

Jamf, a software maker for Apple Devices has filed confidentially for an IPO, reported Bloomberg. Jamf is working with Goldman Sachs on the IPO, which could be valued at about $3 billion. Jamf is backed by Vista Equity Partners.
