PE-backed Metals Inc appoints Zahner as president

Metals Inc, which is backed by Peak Rock Capital, has hired David Zahner as president. The appointment is effective immediately. Recently, Zahner worked at Ryerson where he served as general manager. Ohio-based Metals Inc is a metal distributor.


TULSA, Okla., Aug. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Metals Inc, a leading specialized processor of primarily stainless steel and high nickel alloy plate and sheet products, and a portfolio company of Peak Rock Capital, announced today that David Zahner has been appointed President, effective immediately.

Mr. Zahner joins Metals Inc with over 23 years of professional experience in the metals industry, most recently serving as General Manager at Ryerson, a leading global distributor and processor of metals.
