MicroPact Inc, a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, has merged with Iron Data Solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. The newly merged company will operate under the MicroPact name. Both MicroPact and Iron Data provide case management solutions.

Chevy Chase, MD – August 18, 2015: Enlightenment Capital portfolio company MicroPact, Inc., the leader in Data-First™ Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM) software, announced that it has merged with Iron Data Solutions, Inc., a leader in case management and regulatory software solutions used across 49 states and the federal government. The merged company will retain the MicroPact name. MicroPact has been an investment of Enlightenment Capital since March 2014. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
