PE-backed Munch’s Supply buys Tommark

Munch’s Supply, a portfolio company of Rotunda Capital Partners, has acquired Tommark Company and its six Michigan branches. No financial terms were disclosed. Munch’s Supply is a wholesale distributor of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, parts and supplies.


NEW LENOX, Ill.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Munch’s Supply, a leading Midwest-based heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) distributor has acquired Tommark Company and its six Michigan branches. This will expand the company’s geographic footprint to 24 locations, including 12 Munch’s Supply branches in Chicago, Northwest Indiana and Michigan along with six O’Connor Company branches in Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa and Missouri.
