According to Fortune, Down Town Locker Room has priced its IPO of 5.8 million shares at between $12 and $14 per share. The publication also reported that the company will list the stock on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “DTLR.” Baird and Piper Jaffray are serving as lead underwriters. Based in Hanover, Maryland, DTLR is a retailer of footwear, apparel and accessories. Its backers include Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill & Co. and Golub Capital.
