PE-backed Signpost buys Securus Contact Systems

Signpost, which is backed by HighBar Partners, has acquired Portland, Oregon-based Securus Contact Systems, a live chat and receptionist service platform. No financial terms were disclosed. Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe acted as legal advisor for Signpost on this transaction.
