PE-backed Streamland Media to acquire Sim Post business

Streamland Media, backed by Trive Capital and Five Crowns Capital, has agreed to acquire the post-production unit of Sim Video International, a Toronto-based supplier of camera equipment, dailies and post-production solutions.
