(“Vencore”), the parent company of Vencore, Inc., a leading provider of mission-critical, innovation-driven services and solutions to U.S. government customers, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) for an initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares and price range of the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
