PRESS RELEASE

U.S.-based Neff Capital Management LLC today announced the launching of Nordic Global Airlines, Ltd. (“NGA”), an all-cargo airline based in Helsinki, Finland. NGA, which is expected to commence operations later this year, will begin service with MD-11 freighters. Tentative routings include Helsinki/Asia and Helsinki/North America.

“Consistent with our recently announced plans to establish an airline in Northern Europe, we are very pleased today to announce the formation of Nordic Global Airlines,” said Brian Neff, the President of Neff Capital Management. “We believe that Helsinki is a natural base for a wide-body freighter operation, given its proximity to Asia and location among the growing economies of Europe. We expect NGA to benefit from these natural advantages as it grows its fleet.”

The company’s offices will be located at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Finnair Cargo, a subsidiary of the Finnish national carrier, and Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company are minority investors in the company.
