The number of shares that will be sold as well as its pricing terms have yet to be set. Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs will serve as the lead underwriters.
SUNNYVALE, Calif., June 2, 2016 — Blue Coat, Inc. (“Blue Coat”) today announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
