PE-owned Imprivata appoints new president/CEO

Thoma Bravo-owned Imprivata, a healthcare IT security company, has named Gus Malezis as president and CEO. Previously, Malezis was the president of Tripwire.


LEXINGTON, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Imprivata®, the healthcare IT security company, today announced it has appointed Gus Malezis as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 19, 2016.

He combines extensive knowledge of global markets with strong technical knowledge and passion for customer success in the rapidly changing IT marketplace.
