Penta Investment Mulls Partial Exit Of Zabka

Czech private equity fund Penta Investment may sell a minority stake in Polish retail chain Zabka on the Warsaw bourse, Reuters said. The stake was valued at more than 1 billion zlotys ($330 million), Reuters said.

(Reuters) – Czech private equity fund Penta Investment could float a minority stake in Polish retail chain Zabka on the Warsaw bourse valuing the stake at over 1 billion zlotys ($330 million), Penta’s managing director said on Thursday.

Jozef Janov added that Zabka was currently working on two acquisitions that could take place in the next two months and a final decision on Penta’s potential exit would be made in March. ($1=3.035 zlotys)
