Financial services firm Perella Weinberg Partners has named Michael J. Grace, Frances Ni, Vladimir Shendelman and Kevin Stahl as partners. The appointments become effective January 1, 2014.

Biographies:
Michael J. Grace
Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in 2006, Mr. Grace was with Citigroup, Salomon Smith Barney and its predecessor firms. Mr. Grace has specialized in mergers and acquisitions across a number of key industry sectors, including financial technology, media and telecommunications, and consumer products. During his tenure at Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Grace has advised on a number of significant transactions, including NYSE Euronext’s $10.2 billion sale to IntercontinentalExchange, Massey Energy on its $8.5 billion sale to Alpha Natural Resources, Qwest Communications on its $22.3 billion merger with CenturyLink, iPayment on its recapitalization and equity redemption, and UST Inc. on its $11.7 billion sale to Altria. Mr. Grace is a graduate of Georgetown University.
Frances Ni
Ms. Ni is Chief Accounting Officer of Perella Weinberg Partners and Co-Head of Operations for its Asset Management business. Prior to joining the Firm in 2006, Ms. Ni was the Chief Financial Officer at ReachCapital and was the Accounting Manager at FrontPoint Partners LLC, an alternative asset management firm, managing the accounting team for 20+ hedge funds. Previous to FrontPoint, Ms. Ni was a portfolio analyst at SAC Capital, a multi-strategy hedge fund, focused on portfolio performance analysis, projection and reporting. Earlier in her career, Ms. Ni gained public accounting experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where her clients included hedge funds, private equity firms, mutual funds, investment banks, and insurance companies. Ms. Ni received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Fisher College at The Ohio State University.
Vladimir Shendelman
Mr. Shendelman is Deputy General Counsel of Perella Weinberg Partners, where he provides legal counsel to the advisory and asset management businesses, specializing in its Fairness Committee practice, as well as its asset management acquisitions and product launches. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Shendelman was an attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell in its Mergers and Acquisitions Group, where he advised public companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and financial advisors on transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, restructurings, hostile transactions, and roll-ups. While at Davis Polk, Mr. Shendelman worked on transactions for numerous corporate clients, including Comcast Corporation, Honeywell International Inc., SABMiller plc, and Reliance Industries, and represented private equity sponsors, including Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, and Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe. Mr. Shendelman received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, magna cum laude, from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Kevin Stahl
Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in January 2012, Mr. Stahl was a Managing Director and Co-Head of U.S. Real Estate Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets. Before that, Mr. Stahl was with GE Real Estate, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. Throughout his career, Mr. Stahl has completed numerous transactions for a wide range of public and private real estate companies, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private capital raising and public capital markets. Mr. Stahl recently advised Kajima Corporation on the sale of Industrial Developments International and worked with RE/MAX on its initial public offering. At his previous firms, he worked in various capacities with other top real estate companies, including Newmark Knight Frank, ProLogis, EPR Properties, Equity Office, and Keystone Property Trust. Mr. Stahl received a Bachelor of Arts in Government, with Honors, from Lehigh University.
