LONDON, March 5 (Reuters) – Buy-out house Permira [PERM.UL] has written down the value of its investment portfolio by 36 percent over 2008, the company said on Thursday.
Reuters first reported Permira had made the write-down, quoting a source familiar with the situation.
The company then confirmed what the source had said.
