Pharos Capital Group promotes Pace to associate

Pharos Capital Group said Thursday that it has promoted Doug Pace to an associate. Prior to joining Pharos Capital Group, Pace, who is based in the firm’s Nashville office, worked at Edgeview Partners where he served as an analyst. Based in Dallas and Nashville, Pharos Capital Group is a private equity firm.


Dallas, TX and Nashville, TN, October 3, 2013 – Pharos Capital Group, LLC, a private equity firm based in Dallas and Nashville, today announced that it has promoted Doug Pace to Associate from Senior Financial Analyst. Mr. Pace works in the firm’s Nashville office. Mr. Pace’s promotion follows several other Pharos promotions within the past year: Joel Goldberg was promoted to Partner, Anna Kovalkova and Joseph Acevedo to Principal, and Ryan Shelton to Vice President.
Mr. Pace will continue to provide due diligence and deal team support and will assist in the monitoring of select portfolio companies. He joined Pharos as a Senior Financial Analyst in 2012 after working as an Analyst for two years at Edgeview Partners, a boutique investment banking firm in Charlotte, NC. Prior to joining Edgeview, he completed internships with the Riverside Company and with Western Reserve Partners, both in Cleveland, OH. Mr. Pace graduated from Oberlin College and the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in Neuroscience with a minor in Psychology and a B.M. in Music Performance.
