Pharos hires business development director

Adam Persiani has joined Pharos Capital Group as director of business development. Persiani will be based in the firm’s Dallas office. Previously, he worked at Valesco Industries where he served as a manager.

DALLAS and NASHVILLE — June 3, 2015–Pharos Capital Group, LLC, a private equity firm based in Dallas and Nashville, has hired Adam Persiani as Director of Business Development, the firm announced today. Mr. Persiani will assist in the firm’s business development and deal origination activities. He will be based in Pharos’s Dallas office.

Prior to joining Pharos, Mr. Persiani, 31, was a Manager at Valesco Industries, where he led investment origination and business development efforts for the $69 million SBIC fund focused on manufacturing and value-added distribution businesses. Previously, he was a Senior Derivatives Trader with Infinium Capital Management, a proprietary trading firm. Mr. Persiani received a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
