PicoChip Raises $27 Million

PicoChip, a Bath, England-based provider of wireless silicon solutions, has raised $27 million in Series D funding. Highland Capital Partners led the deal, and was joined by return backers Atlas Venture, Pond Venture Partners, Scottish Equity, Rothschild, Intel and AT&T. www.picochip.com
