Power Analog Microelectronics, a Santa Clara, Calif.-based maker of LED display driver semiconductors and digital audio amplifiers, has raised $6 million in Series B funding. Hotung Investment Holdings and H&Q Asia Pacific co-led the round, and were joined by CVM Capital, VentureTech Alliance and company management.
Power Analog Microelectronics (PAM), a developer of high-power LED display driver semiconductors and innovative Class-D digital audio amplifiers, today announced that it has completed its Series B funding with $6 million in investments, that brings a total of $12M in investments to date. Hotung Investment Holdings and H&Q Asia Pacific jointly led the round with CVM Capital, VentureTech Alliance, and the management team's participation. As part of this investment, Sean Peng of H&Q Asia Pacific, and James Chou of Hotung Investment have joined PAM's board of directors.
