Praesidian Capital Promotes Glenn Harrison, James Heyer

Praesidian Capital has promoted Glenn Harrison to the post of managing director, and James Heyer to vice president. Harrison has been with the firm for three years, and has worked on investment sourcing, due diligence, structuring. Previously, he was vice president at Merrill Lynch Middle Market Finance. Heyer joined Praesidian two years ago, and has focused on financial analysis, due diligence and execution of new investments. Based in New York City, Praesidian has more than $400 million under management.

Glenn Harrison has been with Praesidian Capital for three years. In that time, he has played an important role in investment sourcing, due diligence, structuring and execution. Previously, Glenn was Vice President at Merrill Lynch Middle Market Finance, structuring and underwriting senior debt investments in middle market companies. He holds a BA with high honors in Economics from Rutgers University.

James Heyer has been with Praesidian Capital for two years during which he focused on financial analysis, due diligence and execution of new investments. He has also played a key role in monitoring the portfolio. Previously, James worked as an Analyst in the Structured Finance Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., focused on the automobile and equipment finance sectors. He has a BS from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
