Funds (“Primus”). AOD provides a comprehensive suite of clinical, financial, operational, home health,
rehabilitation, and point of sale software solutions to various healthcare providers, including continuing care
retirement communities, skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living operators.
Aric Agmon, CEO and President of AOD, stated, “We have built a very dynamic, fast growing company at AOD
by consistently focusing on delivering high‐quality products, tailored to meet the unique needs and challenges
of long term care providers. Primus recognizes the opportunities we have to build on that track record of
success by continuing to develop market leading products and technology solutions to serve our market.”
Founded in 1995, AOD is one of the pioneers in the long term care software industry. AOD currently offers
