Primus Capital Promotes Scott Harper

Primus Capital Funds has promoted Scott Harper to managing director. He joined the firm in 1994 from Goldman Sachs.

Primus Capital Funds is delighted to announce the promotion of Scott B. Harper to Managing Director.

Scott joined Primus in 1994 from Goldman, Sachs & Co. and focuses on investments in the for-profit education and business services sectors.  Mr. Harper manages Primus’ investments in American Institutes Holdings, LLC and ATI Enterprises, Inc., two current for-profit education platform investments.   In addition, Scott was involved in the prior Primus investment in Corinthian Colleges, Inc. (Nasdaq: COCO).  Scott is also a Director of Pegasus Tower Development Company, LLC and Peopleclick, Inc.
