The hire will work directly with senior leadership to design and implement an IR program that is aligned with the company’s strategy and goals; and manage logistics and materials for conference calls, analyst events, presentations and roadshows. Also, he or she will monitor and analyze sell-side financial models and valuation frameworks; and develop lists of target investors. Candidates should have a bachelor of arts or bachelor of science degree; an advanced degree is preferred. Also, they should have at least eight years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry with a focus on investor relations,equity research or investment banking. BCG Partners, Cantor Fitzgerald’s healthcare investment banking group, is looking to hire an associate. Duties include preparation of offering memoranda, proposals and other written materials for meetings with clients; and performing research and various analyses in support of new business generation. Also, he or she will organize and participate in marketing and client meetings; lead and participate in drafting sessions for underwriting assignments; and conduct industry and company-specific due diligence related to transaction. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of three years of experience in an investment banking analyst position; or prior experience as an investment banking associate; or an MBA or equivalent graduate degree in a financial discipline. They should also have an outstanding academic record, have current or recent healthcare industry experience and be Series 63 and 79 certified.
Rothschild & Co is seeking a private equity associate. The hire will work with a team to perform due diligence of secondary private equity investment opportunities, including conducting market and company research, formulating valuation analyses, creating, running and managing financial models and developing balanced, fact-based investment committee recommendations. Also, he or she will actively participate in meetings with general partners and company management team and contribute to team discussions, diligence discussions and client meetings. Candidates should have three to five years of work experience, preferably with experience in either the private equity secondary or co-investment industry in an investment role, and relevant corporate finance or investment experience (e.g., private equity, investment banking or management consulting). The position is in New York City.
Juggernaut Capital Partners is on the hunt for an associate. The hire will support members of JCP deal teams, primarily but not exclusively through financial analysis; and conduct company-specific and/or industry-specific research, including strategic and financial topics. Also, he or she will support all aspects of the due diligence process in evaluating new and existing investments; and develop and prepare complex financial models. Candidates should have a minimum of two to three years to a maximum of five years of work experience in private equity or private credit/debt or investment banking at a top-tier firm; prior experience in private equity or private credit/debt roles is preferred. Also, they should have an undergraduate degree from a leading institution with a strong track record of academic achievement, with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. The position is in Washington, D.C.
