Private Equity Jobs of the Week: Partnership for NYC, BlackRock, Brookstone are hiring

The Partnership Fund for New York City is hiring a senior vice president, healthcare. The hire will lead healthcare initiatives for this privately-funded venture capital and economic development fund, which has $120 million under management. Qualifications include an MBA and at least eight to 10 years’ work experience in investing/finance, as well as understanding of the healthcare industry. The position is located in the greater New York City area.

Brookstone Partners is looking for a pre-MBA associate to join its investment team. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, prepare financial models and presentations, and review market research. Qualifications include two to five years of work experience at an investment bank, accounting firm, or public company (in a corporate finance role). The position is located in New York.

Elevate Ventures is recruiting an entrepreneur-in-residence to provide support and advisory services to companies in North Central Indiana. EIRs coach eight to 10 companies at a time, for three to 10 hours per month. They also perform vetting and outreach functions; work with investment associate to understand deal flow; and coordinate the activities of advisers providing issue expertise and board services. Relevant experience includes a senior management role at a high-growth company, raising venture capital funding, and recruiting personnel in a technology environment. The position is located in South Bend, Indiana.

Enlightenment Capital has an opening for an analyst, to support the Chief Financial Officer in all operations. The hire will perform private debt/equity analysis, support portfolio analysis/monitoring, contribute to transaction diligence, and manage reporting requirements for a potential new investment vehicle. Candidates must have a minimum of one to two years in public accounting (supporting PE clients a plus), private equity/debt, or investment banking.
