Blackstone wantsto hire a financial analyst for its Strategic Incentives Group, which manages the global cycle of employee compensation and fund investments so as to drive performance. The analyst will gain exposure across the firm and work with various business and corporate groups. Responsibilities include performing strategic analyses, assisting in updating the compensation forecast and implementing program enhancements or updates. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and a strong desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment. The position is located in New York.

Oaktree Capital has an opening for a senior vice president, private equity operations. The hire will provide strategic and tactical counsel to portfolio companies, drive market-facing and operations diligence activities, and work with Oaktree investment professionals to develop and execute liquidity/exit plans. Qualifications include 10 to 15 years of experience, including expertise within industrial, consumer, healthcare, technology/media, and/or business service companies. The position is located in Los Angeles.

The Samsung Global Innovation Center‘s Strategic Investments Group is seeking a venture operations manager. The successful candidate will be a full member of the investment team, responsible for internal business development and engagement. Duties include guiding investment strategy, facilitating strategic partnerships, managing team operations, and assisting in sourcing, due diligence, management and development of portfolio companies. Applicants should have at least four years of management experience in consulting, startups or corporate environments. Post-MBA or advance technical degree preferred. The position is located in Mountain View, California.

Capital One is recruiting a senior manager, corporate development. The hire will help execute financial and strategic analysis of potential M&A transactions, as well as more generally evaluating businesses that Capital One operates or may consider entering. As well as acquisitions, s/he may be involved in joint ventures and business or asset divestitures. The senior manager will participate in all transaction phases, including negotiation, structuring, due diligence and integration. Qualifications include at least six years’ experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity or hedge funds, with at least one year as a manager. The position is located in McLean, Virginia.

Prehype is in the market for a venture associate. The successful candidate will identify, research and analyze potential investment opportunities and support active portfolio management. Qualifications include a degree from a top-tier university and at least three years of work experience with exposure to technology. The position is located in New York.
